What is remineralised water?
Remineralised water is water that has been purified and then had minerals added back. Peak Hydration is purified through seven stages that remove up to 99% of dissolved solids, then infused with essential minerals from ancient rock deposits, a natural source of electrolytes, and finished at a gentle alkaline pH of 7.6.
Is Peak Hydration mineral water?
It's mineral-infused water. In South Africa, "natural mineral water" describes water bottled straight from an underground source. Peak Hydration is purified first and then infused with minerals, so its mineral profile is measured and identical in every bottle.
What does Peak Hydration taste like?
Crisp, light and smooth, with no chalky, metallic or chlorine aftertaste. The mineral blend is balanced at 180 mg/L of dissolved minerals, so it's easy to drink all day.
How carbonated is the sparkling water?
A touch higher than most sparkling waters. The fine, lively bubble lifts the minerals and leaves a refreshing finish without feeling heavy.
What's the best water to drink every day?

What does the purification remove?
Seven stages remove heavy metals, PFAS ("forever chemicals"), radioactive elements, chlorine, pesticides, bacteria and sediment, along with anything else that has no place in drinking water.
How is remineralised water different from spring water?
Spring water is bottled close to how it's found, so its make-up varies with the source and its surroundings. Remineralised water starts from a purified base, so what's in it is controlled and consistent from one bottle to the next.
Is Peak Hydration alkaline water?
Gently. It's finished at pH 7.6, which makes it non-acidic, soft and easy to drink all day.
Is Peak Hydration good for training?
